Autocross

Autocrossing is a timed event on a closed course where balance and car control play important roles in successfully navigating the course. Laid out in a large open space, the course is designated by orange cones and includes a variety of low and higher speed turns. Some autocross or car control experience is helpful before attending a High Performance Driving School.

This is a great venue for learning and applying car control skills.

    • Click here for results from our November 9 2014 Autocross!  Congrats goes to Frank Vasquez (again) for the best time of the day in his well-prepared E36 M3, followed very closely by Jim Clenney in his tricked-out E46 M3, and Ric Quinonez in his (stock, I think) Scion FRS!  Various Awards:  “Most Entertaining” goes to Demo Samuth in his sideways E90 M3;  “Mr. Consistency” goes to Greg Belemjian in his sweet Boxter S with his last three runs all within 3 tenths of each other; and Bruce Cambern gets both “Most Cones Consumed” (lost count at 10) and “Best Sounding” with his beautiful 1966 AC Cobra 427.  Yes, those of you that missed this event missed a lot!  See you next time!
